As Manager (m/f/d) Ad Technology, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to the digitization of media brands.

  • Continuous optimization of the AdSetup (display, video, native and CPX) of all existing BurdaNews digital products and thereby working closely with our own product management and development team as well as the AdTech team of BurdaForward Advertising, our own marketer
  • Development and improvement of the AdSetup
  • Creation of innovative advertising offers across all BurdaNews brands in our digital portfolio (including native and influencer marketing)
  • Advancing the monetization of our digital offerings
  • Support of the establishment of qualitative selling points
  • Continuous expansion of knowledge regarding our media brands, customers and industries, competitors as well as marketing and communications trends
  • Supervision, implementation and ongoing optimization of marketing projects and cooperations

What we expect from you …

  • University degree with focus on media or a comparable education
  • At least three years professional experience in the field of digital advertising, content marketing agencies, media and/or 360° agencies
  • Broad knowledge and technical understanding in the field of digital marketing (preferably with focus on AdTech, Programmatic, Video and/or Native)
  • Sound analytical capabilities for KPI-centered optimization of the marketing setup of digital products, e.g. with regards to eTKP, viewtime, visibility and loading time
  • Proven experience and competence in the creation and sales of digital advertising offers
  • Project management experience with digital products
  • Presentation skills, self-confidence and persuasiveness
  • Structured, focused and systematic approach to work, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage projects
  • Strong team player with the ability to think and act in network
