Your Tasks

  • Enablement & Coaching of the Matrix: Central data mentorship for analysts and campaign managers within the matrix, including oversight of daily data usage, dashboard reviews, and continuous advancement of analytical maturity
  • Standardization of the Data Landscape: Auditing, structuring, and harmonization of data streams across the tech stack (Salesforce, AdServers, ERPs) and the primary data warehouse Google BigQuery) to establish a unified single source of truth for Retail Media performance across all countries
  • Development of Commercial Dashboards: Design, deployment, and ownership of automated and intuitive central dashboards—primarily using Google Looker Studio—focused on tracking key post-sales metrics such as Upsell, Cross-sell, Retention, and Churn rates
  • Demonstration of Partner ROI: Translation of complex campaign metrics into clear, actionable commercial insights, including the development of data-driven narratives to support International Client Success teams in value demonstration and renewal negotiations with top-tier brands
  • Identification of Growth Opportunities: Proactive analysis of post-sales data to uncover trends, audience insights, and performance benchmarks that inform sales strategy and drive cross-selling initiatives
  • Data Governance & Quality Assurance: Close collaboration with Salesforce Lead and Operations teams to ensure data integrity across CRM, Order Management Systems (OMS), and BI tools, alongside the establishment of standardized governance practices across the matrix

Your Profile

  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analytics, ideally within Retail Media, AdTech, e-commerce, or digital marketing environments
  • Data Mentorship & Coaching Capability: Strong focus on enablement and upskilling of junior analysts and non-technical stakeholders, including guidance on dashboard development and effective data storytelling
  • Technical Expertise (Google Cloud Stack): Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization, with extensive hands-on experience in Google Looker Studio and Google BigQuery. Experience in data extraction and harmonization from CRM systems (Salesforce/ADvendio) and AdServers considered a strong advantage
  • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics (ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPM) and their direct linkage to key business objectives such as Upsell, Churn, and Retention, combined with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Builder Mindset: Strong analytical orientation with a self-driven approach and a focus on the development of scalable data structures and the establishment of reporting standards within complex organizational matrices
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts in a clear, structured, and persuasive manner
